At STATIONERY WORLD, we believe buyers should never settle for products that they don’t like and want. For this purpose, we have a very liberal return, cancelation, and refund policy. Here are following terms to successfully return, cancel and get a refund of your purchased order:

• You must return the purchased item within 7 days after receiving the product. Make sure the product is in its original condition, intact with the original tag and right package. If the product is not in its new-like condition, we will send it back to you without entertaining any refund request.

• Any complaint regarding the damage in the product must be reported within 36 hours from the time of the delivery. For review and confirmation of your claim, we may ask you for the picture of your damaged product.

• If there’s a genuine fault in the product, we promise a full refund.

• Before returning the package, you must get in touch with us by email or phone. We would provide you additional information, along with the address where you are to return the product. Without communicating with us regarding your wish to return the product and get a refund, we will not entertain any request.

• We can’t refund the taxes and shipping charges, if any, paid by you in the final transaction.

​

• Cancellation of product, and refund, is not possible after the product has been dispatched.

​

• Refunds will be made using the same channel that you used to make the transaction successful. However, if deems right, convenient and quick, we may ask for additional information from you to refund the original amount via a different channel.
